In 1996, Rex Akers, R.Ph., formed HealthCare Vision, Inc. by acquiring majority assets of The Medlife Corporation, which started in 1992.

HealthCare Vision, Inc. (HCV) is a sister company to HCC, a leader in software solutions for the pharmacy industry. HealthCare Vision's mission is developing and providing innovative software solutions with superlative customer services.

HCV's innovative telemedicine research and development capability enables HCV to deliver leading-edge telehealth solutions with features and benefits for quality healthcare, both today and in the future.

HealthCare Vision, Inc. actively seeks to identify and share with its clients the most up-to-date information about reimbursement, state and federal legislation, and professional licensure for telemedicine and telehealth activities.
