HealthCare Vision, Inc. offers a comprehensive Product Support Program. Services require a Maintenance Agreement and include assistance with software and hardware issues such as answering routine questions or providing guidance and hands-on help as needed.
The Product Support staff works with users on the phone, with the modem, or on the Internet for on-line diagnostics and resolution of issues, and in-person at the client's site, if needed.

Business Office Hours
The HealthCare Vision, Inc. Corporate Office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM., Central Time, Monday through Friday.
- The office is closed on six U.S. Federal Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Support Hours
- Routine Support 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Central Time, Monday through Friday
Software Support
This service provides routine software updates as well as routine and emergency help with software issues.
- Major software upgrades may require additional fees and hardware upgrades.
- Support for optional software and software services, when available, requires additional monthly maintenance fees.
Hardware Support
The HCV Hardware Support Program, an optional and highly recommended service, covers repair or replacement of hardware purchased from HCV.
- Hardware purchased from sources other than HCV requires certification of equipment by HCV Technical Support Staff.
Product Training
Training for up to five new clients in the HCV Training Center located in the HCV Corporate Office in Fort Worth, Texas. There is a small fee for this training. Optionally, training is available at the customer's site for an additional fee.
- Training includes software demonstrations and hands-on practice under the guidance of qualified HCV Training Staff.
