The HCV IVR server component provides an economical solution for monitoring remote patient health using daily measurement logs,
commercially available measurement devices, and a touch-tone telephone.
An additional HCV IVR component delivers customized patient wellness and disease management surveys to collect objective patient information to better assess their current condition.
The HCV Integrated Voice Response (IVR) subscription is used with HCV Telecare's Economy system.
- The patient receives a call or dials the server, listens to voice prompt instructions and health status questions, and responds using the telephone keypad. All patient input is recorded and available via the Telecare D.R. browser interface.
